We collect only what a fair decision requires. Applicants do not create accounts. Charity staff sign in through a secured portal.
How application information is used
Details you submit are shared with the charity that administers the program, assigned assessors, and people they authorize to process the grant. Information is used to assess need, feasibility, intended use, category alignment, and to contact you.
Consent
Required consents appear on each form, including a clear statement that submitting an application does not guarantee an award. Optional demographic consent is used only in anonymised reports when you agree.
Retention
Records are kept for the period required by the administering organization, funder conditions, and applicable law, then securely disposed of.
